Is it possible to have created a Tulpa by accident... probably while initially thinking it was due to DID?
I have alters due to DID, but there is one particular system mate who I've been wondering is actually a Tulpa...
I did make my tulpas by accident at first. But there the best things that happened to me tho. But don't make two tulpas at the same time becomes very difficult to concentrate with both of them. Have to work with them one at a time. It's the only way it works for me so far...
Dose anyone else have any opinions on it?(edited)
I'm currently researching tulpas before I decide whether I want to make one or not. If I do, I was thinking of navi as a base design and maybe adjusting her as she grows. Good idea or bad one?
Again, I'm a bad guy to talk to on this topic because I am very notorious for telling people "you can dissipate your tulpa and it isn't akin to murder".

I think that, as long as you do what you feel is right
just do what feels right, if you have a tulpa that shouldn't be dissipated, you'll damn well know it(edited)

same for stasis and other options. Some do have their tulpa "leave" the wonderland as well, but that's kind of something I personally think is physically impossible.
First, it is best practice to approach the possibility of making a tulpa as irreversable - as for all practical intents and purposes, it is.

Once a tulpa is sufficiently developed, to the point where they can interact with you of their own volition (in other words, not strongly dependent on your attention and to the point that is fairly unambiguously 'independent' as far as a tulpa can be), it is extremely difficult to dissipate them.

"Stasis" is possible by ignoring them, certainly - as is eventual dissipation if they don't essentially cling to being active. However, ignoring them until they go away is not something that you should really view as an option when going into it.

In other words, don't treat a tulpa as disposable or making one as a reversable process - treat it as the serious decision that it is and take your time before making a final decision.
4:42 PM
You have a very very long time (relatively speaking) to choose to make a tulpa, and a very long time to make that tulpa if you do choose to make one.

Second - form is imaginary. It is solely there as a means of symbolism, a different way to contextualize communication. Let them choose their own if they can, certainly - but it isn't too important.

Third - trying to impose is associated with tulpas but ultimately not intrinsically related, as it is simply learning to experience controlled hallucinations. ...most people use them to interact with their tulpas, hence why it is associated with them - but controlled hallucinations are by no means exclusive to tulpas if you choose to work on developing them.

Fourth... treat your tulpa with all the respect, consideration, and kindess that you would afford another person - right from the outset. While some have said things can go wrong as a result, I haven't personally seen such happening.

So - don't be hugely concerned there, unless you plan on being directly abusive.
